Thank you for choosing Learn | Play | Chess. We are committed to providing high-quality chess instruction and programs to our students. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing any purchase or enrollment. By registering for any of our programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Learn | Play | Chess does not offer refunds, credits, or transfers under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed. This policy applies to all of our offerings without exception, including but not limited to:

• Chess classes (in-person and virtual)
• Chess camps and summer programs
• After-school programs
• Tournaments and competitive events
• Any other programs, workshops, or sessions offered by Learn | Play | Chess

Once payment is received and your enrollment is confirmed, no refund will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, illness, relocation, or dissatisfaction with the program.

No Exceptions

This no-refund policy is strictly enforced. Learn | Play | Chess will not make exceptions based on individual circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Missed classes, sessions, or camp days
• Student withdrawal from a program after enrollment
• Medical or personal emergencies
• Program cancellations initiated by the student or parent/guardian
• Dissatisfaction with instruction or program content

Program Cancellations by Learn | Play | Chess

In the rare event that Learn | Play | Chess cancels an entire program or session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to offer a make-up session or program credit at our sole discretion. Refunds will not be issued in this situation. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any program at any time.

By completing your registration and submitting payment, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and fully understand this Refund Policy.
• You agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
• You accept full responsibility for your enrollment decision prior to purchase.
